Welcome to the Revolution!!!!

50 DAY CHALLENGE

MISSION:  
So I've set up this blog to chronicle the 50 day life challenge I've created.  I Am the first to try this and hopefully I'll inspire more of you to join me on this quest for fitness, knowledge and self discovery.  

Why Fifty Days?
The challenge lasts for 50 days because of the two factors that make up the challenge.
50% Heart
50% Discipline

50 Day Challenge
4 Golden Rules:

Rule #1: Must exercise for 50 straight days without missing one

Rule #2:  Must do 1/2 hour of language lessons 

Rule #3: Must continue to maintain minimum standards set in every area of the challenge

Rule #4: Must chronicle the process every day
