1) Shoulder Press                  30 minutes on Elliptical 7-8km
2) Front Raises
3) Side Raises                                ABS
4) Military Press                    situps / ball work
5) Shrugs                                  

LANGUAGE:
1 Pimsleur 30 minute lesson a day

Day 1: Starting off with passion and fun

So I'm on Dutch lesson 6 of Pimsleur Dutch 1, but it only goes up to lesson 30, so after that I'll need to start another language as there is no Dutch 2 or 3.  But I can think about that later.  The language learning is going very well and I'm excited to get this 50 day challenge underway. Since completing my first 50 day challenge 3 days ago, I've been excited about getting this one under way.   
Here I am on day 1, my activity day which is soccer day.  We just finished our match it was an 11pm start so a late one.  We only had 6 guys and 2 of them were injured during the match so we were short the last 8 minutes and I played pretty much the whole game so feeling like I got the 50 days off to a strong start.  I'll check in with y'all tomorrow.  Tot Ziens!!!!

MISSION:  
So I've set up this blog to chronicle the 50 day life challenge I've created.  I Am the first to try this and hopefully I'll inspire more of you to join me on this quest for fitness, knowledge and self discovery.  

Why Fifty Days?

Rule #1: Must exercise for 50 straight days without missing one

Rule #2:  Must do 1/2 hour of language lessons 

Rule #3: Must continue to maintain minimum standards set in every area of the challenge
